Branding and identity for North Harbour Company, an independent carpentry and joinery business. The branding centres around the locality of the business, as well as their individualised approach to projects. Located on the border between Cosham and Portsea Island in Portsmouth, North Harbour offer their services to local people from a range of surrounding areas, effectively bridging the gaps between them. For this reason the mark uses an abstracted butterfly-joint, which is often used in carpentry to bring two pieces together. Often added in a seemingly haphazard manner, the joint also reflects the sense that North Harbour will go wherever they are required. The colour palette references the changing colours of leaves, linking the construction material back to the natural source they came from.

We then applied our branding across stationery and printed materials, uniform and vehicle livery, and helped the brand by directing and creating a set photographic assets for use across all communications.
